Vice President Julie oversees the Fleet Management and Aircraft Transactions Practices in our Fort Worth office.
She has more than 35 years in aviation in a variety of managerial positions and joined Oliver Wyman Vector 16 years ago. Julie leads a team of more than 100 technical professionals worldwide, who have transitioned more than 1,500 aircraft and 1,000 engines.
Since joining Oliver Wyman Vector, Julie has spearheaded several high impact 14 CFR 121 air carrier projects for our clients. Between projects, Julie has served as the Program Manager of a 27-person team responsible for auditing and preparing aircraft records for 45 aircraft transfers and ensured regulatory compliance with Airworthiness Directives on a fleet of over 700 aircraft.

Julie’s diverse background blends leadership and management skills with expertise in 14 CFR 121 air carrier aircraft records compliance and management. Before joining Oliver Wyman Vector, she owned her own business for seven years, providing exclusive services to a major aircraft leasing company. She worked closely with domestic and international regulatory officials, as well as aviation management at all levels. Julie has also held management positions at three 14 CFR 121 air carriers, gaining valuable experience with aircraft such as Airbus A300, Boeing 737 and 767, Douglas DC9, and McDonnell Douglas MD80.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her daughter and all things related to musical theatre and art. The family enjoys traveling and has a goal of visiting all 50 states, thereby winning a family challenge throughout multiple generations. Julie also enjoys serving and volunteering at her church and with local outreach centers for women in need.
