Scott is a vice president and leads operations consulting for Oliver Wyman Vector.
His team consists of experts in aerospace, mechanical, civil, and industrial engineering, as well as airframe and powerplant technicians. With extensive experience in aircraft and rail maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Scott brings valuable expertise to the firm.

Scott's team has played a crucial role in leading continuous improvement (CI) projects. Their approach involves engaging all levels of the organization to ensure ownership and sustainability. As a core product offering, Scott has CI practitioners who facilitate instructor-led Lean "Boot Camps" to immerse clients in the fundamentals of organizational transformation.
Outside of work, Scott spends time with his grandkids. He also enjoys visiting and spending time with his wife on their farm. For his birthday, Scott always requests homemade tostadas to share with his family.
