Oksana has 29 years of commercial aviation industry and consulting experience in business strategy and development, operational efficiency, maintenance, and engineering. She possesses a demonstrated record of realizing growth and efficiencies across various industry segments and functions with extensive international experience in North and Central America, Western Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Her areas of focus are: MRO Strategy, Business Development, Operational Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma), Program / Project Management, IT Systems Selection & Implementation and Organizational Change Management.
Prior to joining CAVOK, Oksana was Vice President of the Operations Management practice within the Aviation Group at UXC Eclipse, formerly Tectura. She was responsible for practice growth and profitability through the development, sales and execution of business management consulting services to the commercial aviation industry.
Sample Client Experience:
- Led a team in performing operational improvements, developing support systems, and identifying and implementing performance metrics, using Lean methodology, for an airline supplier expected to achieve over $2M in annual savings.
- Managed a team in the selection of a MRO system to include program management and business case development for an in-flight entertainment manufacturer, estimated to generate an ROI of over $7M.
- Managed a team in the development of an incentive-based compensation plan & comprehensive organization design for a third party maintenance provider (MRO). Identified and developed an implementation plan for operational improvements expected to generate $1M in annual savings and $3M in revenues over four years.
- Led a team in assessing the business valuation for a turboprop manufacturer and evaluating strategic options including divestiture.
She has worked for McDonnell Douglas, FedEx, Bombardier and Oliver Wyman. In addition, she was the founder and CEO of the MYRA group, a firm specializing in high value-adding services in engineering and operational efficiency for the commercial aviation industry.
Oksana received her BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and her FAA Airframe Mechanic License from Northrop Rice Aviation Institute of Technology. She also received her Six Sigma Analyst and Green Belt Champion status from Bombardier Aerospace and is a Master Practitioner Neuro-Linguistics from the NLP Institute.
She is bilingual in English and Ukrainian, and moderately fluent in Polish and Russian.
