Robbie is a Vice President at CAVOK, leading the London office, delivering CAVOK assignments across a wide range of clients within Europe and the Middle East.

Robbie specializes in aviation business leadership and transformation management. He has led assignments with leading aircraft manufacturers and airlines, with worldwide exposure. He has developed significant experience in the airline, aircraft OEM, and maintenance sectors focused on strategy development, aircraft transactions, engineering and MRO activities.

Previously, Robbie was Head of Aircraft Maintenance for a large EASA air carrier, providing organizational leadership to deliver a safe and reliable aircraft maintenance operation and was  Engineering Leader for Fixed Trailing Edge of a large transport aircraft design project with a global OEM.

Prior to joining CAVOK, Robbie has:

  • Delivered significant organizational transformation programs within a large EASA air carrier maintenance teams to drive operational performance and cost base improvements.
  • Led innovative changes introducing technology in Engineering environments to maximize efficiencies, while delivering organizational, commercial and facility restructures.
  • Delivered large aircraft acquisition and entry into service program.
  • Led a multifunctional aircraft design team to deliver a significant part of large commercial aircraft program.

Robbie earned a Bachelor of Aeronautical Engineering from University of Limerick in Ireland, a Business Management Diploma from Lancaster University and a Diploma in Lightweight Aircraft Structures from the University of West of England.
