Scott has served in various leadership roles that cover all aspects of the aviation industry.
While at Oliver Wyman CAVOK, Scott’s teams have successfully implemented and deployed several initiatives for major airlines, OEMs and distribution centers using proven Continuous Improvement techniques and Project Management Office services.
Before joining Oliver Wyman CAVOK, Scott was the head of Quality and Continuous Improvement for Zodiac Services Americas with oversight of its parts warehouse and repair stations. Scott ensured the organization complied with Aerospace and ISO Standards (AS 9120 and AS9110). Scott was an active member of the Zodiac’s North America Quality Board.
Scott was also General Manager and Vice President of Fokker Services. He served as a member of the due diligence team for several acquisitions including, distribution/warehousing, and 145 component repair stations. Scott also ran Fokker’s 145 P&L component repair facility in Fairhope Alabama.
As the Director of Material Services for Chromalloy, Scott was responsible for all supply chain activities for their APU facility in San Antonio that was repairing or overhauling 400 APU’s annually.
Scott is a Certified Project Manager and has successfully led numerous PMO teams throughout his career.
Scott is a US Marine veteran who received his MBA with an emphasis in aerospace and Lean MRO from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University. He holds an active FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
